Responsible for the growth and development of divisional accounts through targeted sales activities to the aftermarket rebuilt and remanufactured transmission and car care markets by performing the following duties.
Cottman Transmission R & R Technician
Remove and Install automatic transmissions to high level of quality and minimal comebacks. Inspect, diagnose and repair all vehicles foreign and domestic. To have full knowledge of usage of scanners to diagnose and trouble shoot.
Cottman Center Sales Manager
Provide quality customer service to customers through the proper usage of all Cottman sales procedures. Answering telephone and setting up appointment times for customers, utilizing Cottman Telephone Procedures. Operate the Cottman approved computer system.
Cottman Diagnostic Technician
To inspect, diagnose and repair all vehicles foreign and domestic. To have full knowledge of usage of scanners to diagnose and trouble shoot.
Cottman Transmission Rebuilder
Diagnose & rebuild automatic transmissions to high level of quality and minimal comebacks following build specifications during the reassembly process.
